Terry Lim Tho Seng’s legal journey began on a resolute footing, marked by a hunger for knowledge and a dedication to excellence. Graduating with an LLB (Hons) from the esteemed Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK, in 2017, Terry wasted no time in embarking on the esteemed CLP (Hons) the following year.  His meticulous approach and exceptional academic prowess earned him admittance as an Advocate & Solicitor by the High Court of Malaya, officially opening the doors to a flourishing legal career.

Drawn to the intricacies of Conveyancing & Banking, Terry swiftly carved his niche within our team in 2015. He possesses the keen eye of an eagle, meticulously scrutinizing and navigating the complexities of transactions, ensuring their smooth flow and exceeding the expectations of both internal colleagues and external clients.
